Refrigerant Dispensing Machine for R134a R410a R22 Cylinder Filling
The CM20A multi-station refrigerant filling machine is designed for filling refrigerant from ISO storage tanks or gas tanks into 10L-100L steel cylinders. It integrates filling and vacuuming functions and employs a PLC programmable control system to improve production efficiency. Multi-station configurations can be customized to meet customer needs.

Integrated vacuum and split-type filling functions, using intelligent PLC control.
Uses a dedicated booster oil-free compressor, capable of dispensing various refrigerants such as R22/R134A/R410A.
Suitable for transferring refrigerant from ISO storage tanks or 1000-400 liter tanks to 12-60 liter cylinders.
Each filling station has a conveying speed of up to 4 kg/min.
Filling accuracy up to 0.5%.
No refrigerant loss during conveying.
Daily conveying capacity up to 100-300 13.6 liter (30 lb) cylinders.
