Mainly used for conveying new sand, old sand, molding sand, coke, limestone and other materials in casting workshop. Can also be used for building materials, chemical industry, food processing and other industries to transport non-corrosive low temperature block, granular bulk materials.
2. Structural features: The machine is driven by shaft-mounted reducer, which occupies small space and is convenient for installation and maintenance. The upper roller is fixed by clamping type, easy to install. Strong ability to adjust the deviation of the conveyor belt, the reducer is equipped with a stopper, to prevent the tape from sliding back reliable performance; Unloading device has pneumatic, electric and manual three driving types; There are 300, 500 and 800 tensioning strokes of the rear steering drum, and the user can select 1/100 of the conveying distance.
S97 series permanent magnet pulley can be used for driving rolling of the machine, so as to carry out magnetic separation processing at the same time.
3. Main components of
(1) Driving part: the machine adopts triangle belt - shaft mounted reducer two-stage transmission, the reducer is set on the shaft head of the transmission drum, all the transmission device is mounted on the frame through the head wheel frame and electric frame suspension.
(2) rolling: sub-drive rolling, reversing rolling and increasing drum.
(3) rollers: flat roller, trough roller and anti-deviation roller, trough roller can reduce the material falling down.
(4) Unloading device: Double edge, left side or right side unloading, pneumatic, electric and manual three driving modes.
(5) Cleaner: the head cleaner is installed below the driving drum, and the empty section cleaner is installed near the tail to the drum.
(6) Dust cover, feeding trough, rack, etc.
