The S45 Series Inertial Linear Vibrating Screen is a high-efficiency, energy-saving and durable screening equipment widely used in foundry, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, mining and other industries. It is especially suitable for grading, dewatering, desliming and impurity separation of molding sand, granular materials and powders.
Based on the inertial vibration principle driven by dual motors, the machine produces linear motion trajectory with high screening efficiency, large capacity, stable operation and low noise. The series can be customized with multi-layer screen structures, various screen materials (stainless steel, polyurethane, perforated plate), and optional dust-proof cover and dust removal interface to meet both dry and wet screening requirements.

Main frame made of high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel, with high strength, wear resistance and fatigue resistance.
Supports 2 to 4 layers of screen mesh for multi-stage classification to meet different particle size requirements.
Equipped with PLC control cabinet or button box, supports remote start/stop, fault alarm, frequency adjustment, etc.
Optimized vibration system and sound insulation structure keep noise below 80dB(A); optional dust collector improves working environment.
Modular design with standardized key components ensures easy maintenance and long service life.
