Production line composition equipment and features:
1. The pre-treatment equipment is composed of magnetic separation, crushing, screening equipment, hoist and sand bucket, etc. Its function is to process the old sand and sand blocks into small sand groups and single sand grains which are conducive to roasting.
Two, thermal regeneration system
The system is composed of preheater, roaster, cooling bed and so on.
1. Preheater: use the waste heat of flue gas to heat the old sand before roasting.
2, baking furnace: boiling type. The flame from the automatic burner is in direct contact with the boiling old sand, and the old sand is heated above 700ºC, so that the adhesive film on the surface is burned or charred. The boiling blower is preheated by air.
3, cooling bed: boiling type. Hot sand from the roaster is boiled in a cooling bed to cool the sand and remove residual binder from the sand particles. The stripped binder is separated from the reclaimed sand by suction.
4, the application of this production line, greatly reduce the environmental pollution of enterprises, reduce the cost of production, and solve the problem of shell core sand and other old sand stacking and environmental pollution.
5, after the regeneration of sand after the regeneration furnace, each ton of sand only need to burn coal 65kg
