2,The side accuracy of the saw blade has a large deviation, so the saw path will become larger, the surface will be rough, and the burrs will be large. The stress adjustment must be done more than 2 times.
3,If it can be adjusted within the standard range (this standard refers to the saw blade production standards according to Japan Kanebo Co., Ltd., that is, the side accuracy of the saw blade), then enter the next process; otherwise, if grinding is required, try your best again. Calibrated and precision ground.
4,Be careful when using it! Grinding of the saw blade is carried out in two steps. First, a 200-grit diamond grinding wheel imported from Japan is used for rough grinding, and then a 600-grit grinding wheel is used for more precise grinding.
