X/Y/Z multi-axis coordination: The X-axis travel reaches 245mm (repeatability ±0.002mm), Z-axis travel 550mm (repeatability ±0.005mm), and Y-axis travel 100mm (repeatability ±0.005mm), all driven by 3.0KW servo motors with high-rigidity ball screws (X-axis R32/P10, Z-axis R40/P10, Y-axis R32/P10).
All guide rails adopt hard track technology, ensuring wear resistance and long-term machining stability even under continuous operation.
4. Control & Auxiliary Systems
It is configured with the FANUC OI-TF control system, offering intuitive operation, high programming flexibility, and reliable motion control for complex parts.
The 3.7KW power tool motor expands machining capabilities to support milling, drilling, and tapping operations, realizing one-machine multi-process integration.
The programmable tailstock (MT5 Morse taper, 80mm mandrel outer diameter) ensures stable clamping of long workpieces, while the 220-liter water tank provides efficient cooling for prolonged machining.
