The CK510H CNC Lathe is a high-performance machining center engineered for heavy-duty precision turning across diverse industrial applications. Combining robust construction with advanced technical features, it delivers exceptional accuracy, efficiency, and versatility for processing large or complex workpieces.

With a maximum swing diameter over the bed of φ500mm and over the slide of φ290mm, the lathe accommodates a wide range of workpiece sizes. The X-axis (transverse) maximum stroke of 295mm and flexible machining length options (500/1000/1500/2000/3000/4000/5000mm) ensure adaptability to both short and long components, making it suitable for batch production and custom manufacturing.

At the core of its performance is a powerful spindle system: it features an A2-8 spindle nose, with options for φ82mm or φ105mm spindle bores (both with Metric No.90 (1:20) inner hole tapers), supporting compatibility with various tooling and workholding setups. The spindle speed range of 50-2000rpm enables high-speed machining while maintaining precision, ideal for handling materials like steel, aluminum, and alloys.

Structurally, the CK510H boasts a 400mm-wide bed guide with a one-flat and one V-shape guideway design, ensuring minimal vibration and enhanced stability during heavy-load operations. Its integral bed feet further reinforce rigidity, while the 7.5/11kw spindle motor delivers consistent power for demanding cutting tasks.

Equipped with a turret offering vertical 4 positions and horizontal 6 positions, the lathe enables quick tool changes and versatile machining sequences. A 250mm standard chuck (with optional configurations) secures workpieces firmly, and the φ75mm tailstock sleeve with Morse No.5 taper provides additional support for long workpieces, ensuring precision throughout the machining process.

In terms of accuracy, the CK510H excels with repeat positioning accuracy of X-axis ≤0.01mm and Z-axis ≤0.015mm, roundness <0.007, diameter consistency <0.03mm over 300mm length, and flatness <0.02mm over 300mm length.
