The CK400T Compact Precision CNC Lathe is a versatile and efficient machining solution designed for precision turning of small to medium-sized workpieces. With a maximum swing diameter over the bed of φ400mm and a swing diameter over the cross slide of φ200mm, it balances compact dimensions with capability, making it ideal for workshops and production lines where space is at a premium. The X-axis (transverse) travel of 210mm and a distance between two centers of 750/1000mm provide flexibility for processing both short components and longer workpieces up to 1000mm in length.
Equipped with an independent spindle unit featuring stepless speed change, the lathe offers a wide speed range of 45-2000 rpm, allowing operators to optimize cutting parameters for various materials—from soft metals to hard alloys. The A2-6 spindle model, with a φ70mm spindle bore and Metric No. 80 inner taper, ensures secure workpiece clamping and efficient power transmission, while the 5.5/7.5kw spindle motor delivers reliable performance for both light-duty finishing and moderate-duty roughing operations.
Stability is a key strength of the CK400T, thanks to its 340mm-wide double-triangle guideway and integrated machine foot, which minimize vibration and enhance machining accuracy.
