The XH7126 is a high-performance vertical machining center designed for high-precision and efficient milling, drilling, tapping, boring and other complex machining processes. It adopts a rigid cast iron structure and high-quality linear guideways, ensuring strong stability, low vibration and long service life under continuous working conditions.

Equipped with a BT40 spindle driven by synchronous belt, the machine provides a maximum speed of 8000rpm and power of 3.7/5.5kW, meeting requirements for both rough cutting and fine finishing. The 12-tool carousel tool magazine enables fast automatic tool change with 6-second tool-to-tool time, greatly improving processing efficiency and reducing manual operation.

The machine features XYZ travel of 500mm, 320mm and 450mm, with 25mm ball linear guideways on all axes. It delivers high positioning accuracy of ±0.005mm and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.003mm, fully satisfying precision processing demands of molds, auto parts, hardware and mechanical components.

The worktable measures 800*260mm with a maximum loading capacity of 200kg. The machine supports rapid movement up to 24m/min (X/Y) and 20m/min (Z), and maximum feed speed up to 10000mm/min. • Confirm tool installation, workpiece clamping and program correctness before starting automatic operation.
• Keep hands and foreign objects away from the spindle, tool changer and working area during machine running.
• Avoid changing spindle speed or feed rate under heavy load to protect transmission components.
• Clean chips, guide rails and worktable regularly; maintain lubrication and coolant systems as scheduled.
• When the machine is idle for a long time, turn off the main power and apply anti-rust treatment on metal surfaces.
