The SDVEDON CK61100 series CNC horizontal lathe is a flagship extra-heavy-duty turning equipment with high precision, high power, and high rigidity. Its optimized components and structure make it ideal for processing shafts, discs, sleeves, special-shaped surfaces, and screw-type workpieces, particularly suitable for extra-large and heavy-duty parts processing in heavy machinery, aerospace, and energy industries.
Built with a high-rigidity cast iron bed and 600mm wide guideway, the CK61100 effectively improves machining accuracy and reduces vibration during heavy cutting. The precision ground and hardened bed and guideways ensure excellent wear resistance and long service life.
The machine adopts a GSK CNC system and full digital AC servo system with semi-closed loop control for X and Z axes, and C4 grade precision ball screw pairs, ensuring smooth movement and stable positioning accuracy. All electrical components comply with CE or ISO 9001 certification standards.
Equipped with an 11kW high-torque main motor and 105mm large spindle through-hole, this lathe delivers a spindle speed range of 30-835rpm with manual 4-gear shifting, easily handling heavy rough turning and high-precision finish turning of various materials including carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel.
