Robust & Rigid Construction - Floor-mounted bed with double-peak guideways and 500mm width provides exceptional rigidity and vibration damping for heavy cuts. High-strength cast iron construction with proper aging treatment ensures long-term geometric accuracy.
Powerful Spindle System - A2-11 spindle nose with 1:20 taper, Φ100mm spindle bore, and 3-speed electric gearbox with stepless adjustment (30-1300 rpm). High-precision bearings ensure rotational runout ≤0.01mm.
Precision Drive System - X and Z axes utilize high-quality ball screws with 0.001mm minimum input increment. Positioning accuracy and repeatability of 0.01mm achieve IT7 grade machining accuracy.
User-Friendly Operation - GSK980TBi CNC system with full servo control, electronic handwheel, and intuitive programming. Vertical 4-station electric tool post with automatic tool selection.
