Operation & Safety Notices
Read the operation manual thoroughly before installation and operation
Ensure the machine is installed on a proper concrete foundation as per foundation drawing
Maintain ambient temperature between 0°C and 40°C, with humidity below 95% (non-condensing)
Avoid direct sunlight, external vibration, corrosive gases, and excessive dust
Use the automatic lubrication system regularly; check oil levels daily
Before tool change, ensure the spindle has come to a complete stop
When using the optional tool magazine, verify air pressure (6kg) is adequate
After machining, clean chips from the worktable and guideways to prevent damage
Disconnect power before performing any maintenance or cleaning
For machines equipped with a servo motor with brake (Z-axis), ensure the brake operates correctly to prevent axis dropping
