The Z3080×25/1 is a high-performance heavy-duty hydraulic radial drilling machine, specially designed for efficient hole machining of large, heavy workpieces. Equipped with a powerful hydraulic system, it realizes fast and reliable clamping of the column, radial arm and headstock, ensuring high machining accuracy and operational safety.

The machine features a robust cast iron structure with a large working range: the radial arm can swivel ±180° around the column, with a maximum spindle reach of 2500mm from the column, and a spindle travel of 400mm. The 7.5kW high-power main motor provides a wide spindle speed range of 16-1600r/min and 16 adjustable feed rates from 0.04-3.2mm/r, meeting the diverse requirements of heavy-duty drilling, reaming, tapping and boring operations.

The hydraulic clamping system enables one-key operation for locking all moving parts, greatly improving work efficiency and reducing operator labor intensity. The spindle adopts MT6 taper, with high torque output, suitable for processing large-diameter holes in steel, cast iron and other hard materials.

• Install the machine on a reinforced concrete foundation with sufficient load-bearing capacity to support the 10-ton machine weight and ensure stable operation.
• Connect to a standard three-phase 380V 50Hz power supply with reliable grounding, and check the hydraulic system pressure before operation.
• Before each cutting operation, fully clamp the column, radial arm and headstock using the hydraulic system to prevent displacement during heavy cutting.
• Keep hands, tools and clothing away from the rotating spindle, cutting area and moving radial arm during operation to avoid accidental injury.
• Do not change spindle speed or feed under load; stop the spindle and reduce load first to protect the transmission system.
• Regularly check the hydraulic oil level, oil quality and lubrication of guide rails, gears and spindle parts, and replace oil as required.
• Clean iron chips from the worktable, guide rails and hydraulic components regularly, and keep the working environment clean.
• Place the machine in an environment away from excessive dust and corrosive gas; install air conditioning for constant temperature if possible to maintain long-term accuracy.
• When the machine is idle for a long time, cut off the main power supply, clean all surfaces and apply anti-rust treatment to exposed metal parts.
