Description
The SDVEDON TPX6113A/2 is a high-performance heavy-duty horizontal boring milling machine, specially designed for efficient multi-process machining of large and medium-sized workpieces in heavy machinery, mold, aerospace, and energy industries. As a flagship horizontal boring mill model, it combines powerful cutting performance, extreme rigidity, and flexible operation, enabling one-time clamping for drilling, boring, reaming, tapping, milling, and thread cutting, greatly improving production efficiency.
High-Rigidity Cast Iron Structure
The machine bed, column, and guideways are made of high-strength cast iron, with surface induction hardening and full automatic cold quenching, ensuring ultra-high rigidity, wear resistance, and long service life. The horizontal guideways adopt fully enclosed pull-plate protection, effectively preventing chip and coolant intrusion. All moving parts are equipped with hydraulic automatic interlock, ensuring safe operation and high automation.
Powerful Spindle & Rotary Table System
Equipped with a Φ 130mm high-torque spindle (Metric 80 taper) with a maximum torque of 3136Nm, the TPX6113A/2 features 24 adjustable spindle speeds (4~800rpm), easily handling heavy-duty boring and milling of various materials. The machine is also equipped with a rotary table with radial feed, allowing the slider on the table to achieve radial feed during rotation, enabling machining of large-diameter holes, external circles, planes, and grooves, greatly expanding the processing range.
Efficient Hydraulic & Control System
The main drive and feed movement adopt hydraulic centralized operation, saving auxiliary time and improving efficiency. The vertical headstock, transverse saddle, and worktable are all equipped with new digital display systems (DRO) with full functions and high precision, supporting optional coordinate travel for the worktable. The electrical control adopts a programmable controller (PLC) for reliable performance, and all moving parts are equipped with electrical-hydraulic interlock to ensure operational safety.
Comprehensive Machining Capability
The TPX6113A/2 supports a maximum workpiece load of 10000kg, with a worktable size of 1800*1600mm and a longitudinal travel of up to 2000mm (with tailstock removed), meeting the processing needs of large and heavy workpieces. The machine achieves IT7 boring precision and 0.005mm DRO reading accuracy, ensuring ultra-high machining quality.
