The SDVEDON MA8280B/H is a heavy-duty crankshaft grinding machine specifically engineered for grinding main journals and crankpin outer diameters of large crankshafts used in marine diesel engines, locomotive internal combustion engines, large compressors, and other heavy power machinery. With a maximum swing diameter of Φ800mm over the table and a grinding length of 3000mm, this machine is capable of handling medium to large engine crankshafts with exceptional precision.

  • Regularly inspect and lubricate all guideways according to the lubrication chart
  • Disconnect power before cleaning or performing maintenance
  • For eccentric grinding of crankpins, ensure the counterweights are properly adjusted to avoid imbalance
