Efficient Grinding Wheel Head - Hydraulic rapid advance and retract functions with precise manual feed control down to 0.005mm increments.
Comprehensive Steady Rest & Clamping System - Two-point steady rests with adjustable clamping range and manual high-precision indexing chucks.
Primarily used for grinding main journals and crankpin outer diameters of crankshafts for marine diesel engines, locomotive internal combustion engines, large compressors, large power machinery, and medium-sized engine crankshafts. Suitable for machining carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, and other materials. Ensure the foundation is prepared according to the foundation drawing before machine installation
Always wear safety goggles and hearing protection when operating
Check the hydrostatic bearing oil pressure before starting the spindle; do not start without proper pressure
Keep the magnetic separator and coolant system clean to ensure effective chip removal
When changing grinding wheels, always use the supplied lifting bar and static balancer
Do not exceed the maximum workpiece weight or swing diameter limits
Regularly inspect and lubricate all guideways according to the lubrication chart
Disconnect power before cleaning or performing maintenance
For eccentric grinding of crankpins, ensure the counterweights are properly adjusted to avoid imbalance
