The SDVEDON B5050 is a high-performance extra-heavy-duty vertical metal slotting machine, specially designed for efficient ultra-heavy machining of large internal splines, keyways, grooves, and various shaped surfaces on extra-large metal workpieces in heavy machinery manufacturing, large steel processing plants, shipbuilding, and large-scale processing enterprises.
Built with a high-strength integrated cast iron frame and a heavy-duty vertical ram structure, the B5050 has undergone strict finite element optimization and double artificial aging treatment, ensuring excellent vibration resistance and long service life. The heavy-duty ram delivers a maximum slotting length of 500mm with a vertical adjustment distance of 430mm, enabling flexible adaptation to extra-large workpieces of different heights and ultra-heavy cutting requirements.
Equipped with a 7.5kW high-torque main motor (1440r/min), this slotting machine provides stable and powerful cutting power, easily handling slotting of various metals such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and cast iron.
