B5032 vertical slotting machine is a heavy‑duty metal slotting equipment widely applied for machining internal keyways, splines, grooves, forming surfaces and special‑shaped cavities on workpieces. It performs vertical reciprocating slotting processing for carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron and other metal materials.
This slotter adopts rigid integral cast‑iron machine body for stable cutting performance. The ram delivers powerful cutting force up to 7500N. Multiple adjustable ram stroke speeds meet different workpiece material and surface finish requirements. The worktable supports longitudinal, cross feed and full 360° rotation, which greatly simplifies fixture setup for complex‑shape workpieces.
Standard fitted with 3‑axis digital readout(DRO) for precise position reading. Operators can read dimension data intuitively, reduce manual measuring errors and improve machining accuracy & working efficiency. Suitable for single‑piece production as well as small‑batch manufacturing in machinery repair shops, mold factories and general metal‑processing workshops.
