GH4235 double‑column gantry metal band saw is a heavy‑duty semi‑automatic horizontal bandsaw machine. It is widely used in metal fabrication plants, mold workshops, steel processing factories and machinery repair shops. It is mainly applied for cutting large steel billets, mold steel, ferrous metals and non‑ferrous metal profiles.
Adopting rigid double‑column gantry frame structure, the machine delivers stable running performance and reliable sawing accuracy. The core worm‑wheel worm drive assembly uses tin‑bronze worm wheel and quenched precision ground worm, installed inside HT200 cast iron gear box, which guarantees long‑term service life.
Workpiece is fixed by hydraulic clamping device. By coordination of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic system, it realizes automatic feeding and rapid lifting of saw frame once cutting is finished. The feed speed supports stepless adjustment. Adopting bimetallic band saw blade, it features narrow cutting kerf, low material consumption and low power consumption, which brings obvious material‑saving and energy‑saving benefits for mass cutting work. Reinforced adjustable tungsten steel clamping guides further improve sawing precision. Three‑selectable saw‑blade linear speeds adapt to different metal materials.
