Z3063×20 hydraulic radial drilling machine is heavy‑duty industrial radial arm drill with full‑hydraulic clamping function. It is widely used in heavy machinery factories, mold workshops, equipment repair plants and metal fabrication workshops. This machine performs drilling, boring, reaming, tapping and countersinking operations for large‑size heavy‑weight metal workpieces.
Hydraulic clamping is adopted for rocker arm, spindle head and column, delivering stable and reliable locking performance during heavy cutting. The rocker arm can rotate 360° freely, and the spindle head slides horizontally along the rocker arm. Operators can adjust processing position flexibly without moving heavy workpieces, greatly improving workshop working efficiency.
Constructed with high‑strength cast iron frame, the machine features strong rigidity and excellent vibration resistance. It is equipped with 16‑level spindle speeds and 16‑level feed rates, providing rich parameter choices for cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel and other metal materials. Suitable for single‑piece trial production and small‑batch manufacturing. Built‑in coolant pump meets cooling requirement during hole‑making processing.
