The SDVEDON TCK600DYS is a high-grade heavy-duty turn-mill composite center, adopting 45° one-piece slant bed made of high-strength cast iron. After multiple aging processes, the machine features ultra-high rigidity and stable long-term precision.
This machine is configured with main spindle and sub-spindle, matched with X/Y/Z/C/W full functional axes, realizing multi-process composite machining such as turning, milling, drilling, tapping and compound contour cutting in one clamping. Equipped with 12-station VDI40 power turret, short tool change time and high efficiency.
It is equipped with FANUC 0i-TF professional CNC system, imported bearings, ball screws and linear guides. The hydraulic system uses well-known Taiwan components, and the electrical cabinet is fitted with air conditioner for stable operation in harsh environment. Standard chain chip conveyor, oil-water separator and other auxiliary devices ensure smooth production. All machines pass strict factory precision test, with complete certifications and reliable after-sales service.
45° slant bed integrally cast from high-strength cast iron, optimized by finite element analysis. Multiple aging treatments eliminate internal stress, excellent vibration resistance and long-term precision retention.
Main spindle A2-8 + sub-spindle A2-6 design, matched with X/Y/Z/C/W five-axis linkage. Wide speed range and high torque, suitable for various complex shaft and disc parts.
12-station VDI40 power turret, adjacent tool change only 0.5s, stable positioning. Support power milling and various compound processes, greatly improve production efficiency.
Adopts FANUC system, Japan THK ball screw, Taiwan Hiwin linear guide, German bearings. Standard Renishaw automatic tool setter, chain chip conveyor and oil-water separator. Foot pedal controls hydraulic chuck for easy operation.
