VMC1370 vertical machining center is heavy‑duty large‑travel CNC milling equipment, optimized by finite element mechanical simulation for robust cast‑iron structure. It is widely used for plate‑type, disc‑type, shell‑type precision components and large‑size mold manufacturing.
Main structural components including bed, worktable, saddle, column and spindle box are made of high‑strength HT300 cast iron, and go through complete stress‑relief heat treatment, effectively eliminating internal casting stress to guarantee long‑term rigidity and stability under heavy‑cutting condition.
Equipped with 24‑station disc‑type automatic tool changer mounted on column side. Machine comes with full‑enclosed CE‑standard safety guarding, automatic centralized lubrication system, large‑flow coolant cooling system, spindle oil chiller, spindle taper hole auto‑blow cleaning function and handheld MPG manual pulse generator.
Workpieces can complete milling, boring, drilling, reaming and tapping in one single clamping, reducing repeated positioning error. This machine supports optional 4‑axis rotary table to realize complex multi‑surface processing. Features high automation, stable continuous operation, simple operation and convenient maintenance, suitable for single‑piece trial production and mass‑batch processing in mold factories and general metal‑processing workshops.
