The company has a complete set of production equipment, testing equipment, surface treatment workshop, assembly production line and a professional transportation customs declaration team, Our company haslong served industries such as wind power generation, rail transit, aerospace, and engineering vehicles,and has accumulated rich product experience At present, the company has more than 150 production equipments, including imported and domestic CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, punching machines, grinding machines, laser cutting, Sadik wire cutting, drilling machines, etc, the processing precision can reach up to 0.001MM, which is something we are proud of, and it also makes us provide services for most trading companies and domestic government units, our machine can process all kinds of metal and nonmetal materials, including aluminum alloy/stainless steel/titanium alloy/magnesium alloy/zinc alloy/brass/iron/PEEK/POM/PC/nylon, etc, the company can provide CNC milling service (three-axis, four-axis, five-axis CNC machining), precise CNC turning processing (CNC turning, automatic turning, turning-milling compound), stamping processing (stamping, bending, stretching, hot forging, cold forging), sheet metal processing (laser cutting, CNC bending, elbow, welding, riveting, etc.) mold manufacturing (professional export stamping die single punching and continuous die) and various non-standard equipment small parts drilling and cutting services, etc. At present, the factory has more than 260 long-term employees who have paid China's social security and more than 150 zero-hour operators.
