Nuts are fastening components that screw together with bolts or screws to secure parts in machinery. All manufacturing equipment requires these essential components, which are categorized by material into carbon steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals (such as copper).
The nut is a critical component that connects mechanical equipment securely. Through internal threading, nuts and bolts of matching specifications can be joined. For example, an M4-P0.7 nut can only connect with M4-P0.7 series bolts (where M4 refers to the nut's inner diameter of approximately 4mm, and 0.7 indicates the distance between two thread teeth).
DISC-LOCK lock nut consists of two parts with staggered CAMs. The internal wedge design's slope angle exceeds the bolt's nut angle, creating a tight fastening. During vibration, the nut's convex parts interlock, generating lifting tension for perfect locking.
