Similarly, 1/4-20 nuts pair with 1/4-20 screws (0.25 inch inner diameter, 20 threads per inch).

The DISC-LOCK nut system consists of two interlocking parts with staggered CAMs. Its internal wedge design creates tension when vibration occurs, ensuring perfect locking performance through mutual displacement of the convex parts.
