The washer is a fastener used between the supporting surface of the bolt, screw or nut and the connected part, which can protect the surface of the connected part, prevent the fastener from loosening, and other special purposes. According to its specific role, it can be divided into flat washers, spring washers, anti-loose washers, special purpose washers such as sealing washers.
Washers are elastic pads or snap washers that prevent bolts from loosening. The working principle of the lock washer is very simple. It consists of two washers. The outside is a radial convex surface, while the inside is a bevel tooth surface. When assembling, the inner bevel tooth surface is relative to each other, and the outer radial convex surface and the contact surface of the two ends are in a state of occlusion. When the connecting part is subjected to vibration and the bolt is loosened, only the relative dislocation between the inner bevel tooth surface of the two washers is allowed to produce lifting tension, so as to achieve 100% locking.
