Wave spring washers are essential fasteners used between bolt, screw, or nut supporting surfaces and connected parts. They protect connected surfaces, prevent fastener loosening, and serve various specialized purposes.
The lock washer consists of two washers with radial convex outer surfaces and beveled inner tooth surfaces. When assembled, the inner surfaces face each other while the outer surfaces remain engaged with contact surfaces. This design prevents loosening under vibration by allowing only relative dislocation between the inner surfaces, creating lifting tension for secure locking.
