This fastening component integrates a hexagonal head, a flange surface, and a threaded shank into a unified structure. The head and flange are monolithically formed, with the flange designed to distribute load over a wider area, while the shank provides secure engagement with mating parts. Due to its integrated flange design, this hex flange shoulder bolt achieves a significantly higher ratio of bearing area to stressed area compared to conventional hex bolts. This enhances its ability to sustain greater clamping forces and improves resistance to loosening under dynamic loads.
