This bolt adopts an integrated molding process, combining three major modules: a hexagonal torque-bearing head, an expanded flange, and a functional shank. The outer diameter of the flange is approximately 30% to 50% larger than that of traditional models. According to patent documentation disclosed in 2024, its innovative structure features annular grooves in the square-step transition area, equipped with silicone-based elastic sealing skirt components. Adjacent skirts form a 0.3 mm wide oil-guiding channel, and a self-sealing oil injection port is integrated at the top. The shank section utilizes a variable-diameter stepped configuration, comprising a non-threaded smooth segment (accounting for 35%-45% of the total shank length) and a fully threaded segment. The connection between the two segments incorporates a 15° conical smooth transition zone for stress optimization, significantly enhancing shear load resistance.
