This complete SEMS kit includes a hexagon head bolt, a matching hex nut, a DIN125 flat washer and a DIN127 spring washer. The bolt is made of carbon steel (iron) with property class 4.8 (general duty) or 8.8 (medium‑high strength). The surface is galvanized (electro‑ or hot‑dip) for corrosion resistance. The washers are pre‑assembled on the bolt but the nut is supplied separately as a matched pair. All components follow DIN standards: DIN934 for the nut, DIN125 for the flat washer, DIN127 for the spring washer. M12 is a widely used diameter in heavy machinery and structural connections.
