This SEMS screw range integrates three popular head styles – hexagon head, hex socket head, and button head – with pre-assembled flat or spring washers that are captive on the thread. Manufactured from high‑quality stainless steel including SS304, SS316, SS316L, as well as AISI, SUS and ANSI equivalents, these fasteners offer excellent corrosion resistance. The button head provides a low‑profile appearance, the hex head accepts standard wrenches, and the socket head allows high torque in confined spaces. The washer is permanently retained, preventing loss or misplacement on assembly lines. With a natural (plain) finish, the screws rely on the stainless steel’s passive oxide layer for protection. Available in M6, M8 and M10, they are ideal for general machinery and equipment assembly.
