Process flow
The basic process flow of hot-dip galvanizing includes the following steps:
1. Pickling: Remove iron oxide and impurities from the surface of steel.
2. Water washing: Clean the steel parts after pickling.
3. Pre-plating treatment: Use ammonium chloride or zinc chloride solution for treatment to enhance the adhesion of zinc.
4. Drying: Dry the treated steel parts.
5. Immersion plating: Steel parts are immersed in molten zinc at approximately 450℃ to form a zinc layer.
6. Cooling and cleaning: After taking it out, cool it down and clean it to remove the excess zinc slag on the surface
