This UNF 1/4-28 stainless steel weld screw with nickel plated finish is an ultra-fine thread high-precision fastener developed for aerospace small parts and new energy vehicle electronic module assembly. What are the welding methods for welding bolts
The first type is stable arc stud welding. Between the end of the stud and the workpiece, a stable arc process occurs. The arc acts as a heat source to form a molten pool on the workpiece, and at the same time, a molten layer and a plastic zone are formed at the end of the stud.
