This pan head machine screw offers three drive options – hexagon head, Torx, and cross recess – with a pre-assembled nylon locking ring (Nylock) available in blue or red. The nylon ring creates prevailing torque when engaged, effectively resisting vibration loosening. Materials include stainless steel SS201, SS304, SS316, SS316L, corresponding to German grades A2/A4. The pan head (DIN7985) provides a large bearing surface, ideal for thin sheets or soft materials. The blue or red nylon ring not only provides anti-loosening function but also serves as colour coding – blue often indicates A2, red indicates A4, for easy on-site identification. The combination of cross recess, Torx, and hexagon drives accommodates different assembly tool preferences.
