This miniature cross recess pan head screw conforms to ISO 7045, available in M1.6, M2, and M2.5 – extremely small diameters. Material: stainless steel A2 (304) or A4 (316) with a black electrophoretic coating. The E-coat provides a uniform, well-adhered dark finish with good corrosion resistance. ISO 7045 is an international standard, largely equivalent to DIN7985 but with slight dimensional differences. Miniature screws are widely used in precision electronics, watches, eyewear, micro-motors, and medical micro-devices. The black E-coat finish not only looks premium but also reduces light reflection, ideal for optical and display device internal fastening. The cross recess provides good bit engagement even at these tiny sizes.
