This pan head screw is manufactured from Super Duplex Stainless Steel grades including SA182 F60 (2205), F61, F65, and 2507. These alloys offer extremely high strength (yield strength over twice that of 316) and outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking (PREN >40). Drive options include hexagon head, Torx, slotted, and cross recess – accommodating global assembly preferences. Conforms to DIN and ISO standards. The pan head provides a large bearing surface. This material is the ideal choice for extreme corrosive environments such as marine engineering, chemical plants, desalination, and offshore oil and gas platforms. Grade 2507 offers the highest level of corrosion resistance and strength.
