Selected Grade 109 heat-treated carbon steel has ultra-high tensile strength and shear resistance, optimized internal metal grain structure after integral quenching and tempering treatment, capable of bearing instantaneous air pressure impact, high-altitude low temperature and strong wind load stress faced by aerospace cabin auxiliary components. The integrated captive limit structure adopts one-piece forging molding, which can realize self-locking limit after embedded installation, prevent bolt falling off under high-altitude vibration and negative pressure environment, eliminate hidden dangers of loose fasteners for aerospace precision equipment. The blue zinc plating passivation layer improves surface insulation performance, avoids minor metal static friction spark inside aerospace closed cabins, and complies with aerospace non-sparking fastener use specifications. Standard M12 metric coarse thread is rolled by high-precision die, with uniform tooth depth and strong bite force, matching reserved limit holes of aircraft auxiliary outer plates, satellite ground assembly brackets and aviation test bench fixed parts. Every batch of products completes professional aerospace-level salt spray test, low temperature torsion test and fatigue resistance test, with unified size tolerance and interchangeable assembly performance. Material maintenance rules: Blue zinc passivation layer cannot be polished with metal abrasive tools; avoid repeated over-tightening to prevent thread fatigue fracture; apply anti-freeze lubricant before outdoor high-altitude installation; regularly check passivation layer integrity after low-temperature operation; avoid long-term outdoor bare placement, coat special aerospace anti-rust oil for long-term standby storage.
