A shoulder screw is a type of fastener with self-locking function, consisting of a screw, a nut and a spring washer. Among them, elastic grooves are cut on the screw, and the elastic part of the nut is embedded in these elastic grooves to achieve the purpose of self-locking. Spring washers are used to increase the locking force and prevent the nut from loosening. Due to the unique structure and self-locking function of the plug screw, it is widely used in various mechanical equipment in situations with high requirements for high reliability and anti-loosening.
2,Applications:
Double-surface treated nickel plated base steel metric M12x40 shoulder bolt is customized for internal assembly of fuel engine and new energy motor manufacturing, adopting secondary chrome plating composite surface process to realize high temperature resistance, oil resistance and surface mirror anti-abrasion performance. The bolt adopts low-carbon structural steel as base material with pre-bottom nickel plating treatment, firstly forming anti-rust bottom layer to isolate base metal oxidation, then covering high-hardness industrial chrome plating outer layer, composite coating can resist high temperature engine oil erosion, piston surrounding heat radiation and mechanical friction wear inside engine cavity. Conventional shoulder limit structure is optimized with thickened transition root, improves anti-fatigue performance under engine high-speed operating vibration, effectively fixes engine auxiliary transmission baffle, cooling fan base, timing accessory bracket and internal limit connecting plate. Mirror chrome plating surface reduces friction coefficient between bolt and metal fitting contact surface, lowers metal wear loss during engine long-term cyclic operation, reduces operating noise of mechanical matching parts. M12 metric deep-tooth thread improves locking bite force, adapts to high-temperature expansion gap of engine cast aluminum and cast iron base, will not slip thread under thermal alternating working condition. Different from single-coating fasteners, dual-layer nickel-chrome composite treatment solves the problem of easy coating peeling of single chrome plated bolt, enhances coating adhesion, prolongs service life in oil-filled high-temperature engine inner environment. All products pass engine simulation high-temperature oil soaking test and torsion fatigue test, stable clamping force, strong lateral load resistance, convenient automated assembly for engine production line, uniform batch size interchangeability, low wear to matching engine holes, fewer assembly failure problems, suitable for gasoline engine, diesel engine and drive motor batch manufacturing assembly links, belonging to high wear-resistant composite surface engine dedicated shoulder fastener.
