Automatic Cantilever Type SAW Welding Machine for Steel Structure
XBH type column-beam welding machine adopted the imported AC transducer. The equipment is stable and reliable is operation, and has the quick move-back function.The tracking arc-guide mechanics is three-spindle tracking system to guarantee the alignment ang not bias are on the weld.The main frame and the welding machine are performed integrated interlocking and the equipment is provided with flux auto-recovering system and it is easy controlled, and highly efficient.
Machine advantage:
1) Host machine and welding machine to implement the linkage control, meanwhile, it is equipped with the auto welding flux feeder and recovery system, easy operation, high efficiency.
2) Walking rack moving is frequency speed control, the speed can be adjusted according to the welding technology requirement with convenience.
3) This machine can not only weld the H beam, it can also weld the box beam by changing the arc guiding rack.
4) This machine can realize forth and back welding, which improves the welding efficiency greatly.
5) Main body of upper beam is square pipe, which is light and has high rigidity. There are guiding rail and rack on upper beam. It makes tool carriage and transverse arm moving horizontally on the beam.
6) The web height of H beam won’t be limited, it can weld large size H beam.
