6-8m/min Metal Tile Roll Forming Machine With Servo Flying Punching And Cutting
Brief Description
Metal tile roll forming machine is used to produce tile shape roof panels with 0.4-0.6mm thick color steel coils and galvanized steel coils. As usual, line speed of a metal tile roll forming line is around 3-5m/min including roll forming, punching and cutting.
Believe Industry has improved the machine design for higher productivity. Punch unit and cutting unit are assembled on the common base and can move through the guide track. With a flying cutoff, whole line can keep continuous running without need to stopping for punching and cutting. Thus, line speed can reach up to 6-8m/min.
