STONE EDGE GRINDING AND POLISHING MACHINE
This machine uses water-grinding discs, is equipped with snail-lock joints, and has an electric adjustment motor that moves back and forth, and can be raised and lowered. It can grind the right-angled bottom edges of various flat stones according to different stone sizes and thicknesses, and can polish thickened straight edges, chamfer straight bottom edges at 45 degrees, straight edge forming, crabapple corner backs, grind, rough grind, fine grind, and polish all at once. The brightness after processing is higher than that of the board surface. It has an advanced and reasonable structure, high precision, fast efficiency, easy operation, and simple maintenance. The feed speed and amount of progress can be adjusted during the grinding process, with a maximum processing speed of 5m/min. Normal use of the machine is equivalent to the workload of 15 people in normal stone processing, and it eliminates process defects caused by workers during processing.
