1. Electroplated diamond profiling wheels for creating bullnose edges in granite, marble, tile, ceramic, glass, and stone applications. Industrial diamonds are electroplated onto the surface of the grinding wheel.
2. The edge profile wheels are with grooves, it is more conducive to exclude waste and heat dissipation
3. Half Bullnose electroplated profiling wheels are used on tiles saws to grind out Shape B Demi-Bullnose edges.
4. Dimensions: D140*T10/20/30*H30
5. Grit #30/35grit diamonds are coarse grit are better suited for natural stones like marble and granite.
#40/45grit diamonds are medium grit and are better suited for natural stones like marble and granite.
#50/60 grit diamonds are fine grit and are better suited for ceramic materials to avoid chipping.
