Maintenance

First of all, put the device in the designated location of the factory, and connect the 380% power supply and negative line. Adjust the positive and negative directions of the fan and water pump, connect the water supply pipe (above the automatic water replenishment valve), fill up the water in the water tank, first turn on the water pump and then turn on the fan to use.

1. Effective distance; the effective suction of this device is about 4 meters, if it exceeds 4 meters, a small fan can be used to assist to achieve the best effect;

2. Power saving function: If there are few workers and you don’t need to work continuously, you can use the automatic power on the device. When you are working, the device will automatically work. When you stop working, the device will automatically stop after about 8 seconds , saving power consumption;

3. Maintenance and maintenance: The equipment should be maintained and maintained regularly. It is best to arrange a special person to be responsible. When the equipment is used for about a week (determined according to the amount of dust), the front and rear doors should be opened to wash the residual dust on the filter layer to prevent the ventilation device from being blocked. Affect the suction of the equipment. When there is too much dust in the water tank, it should be cleaned in time (about 15 days), open the automatic cleaning valve to flush the sediment into sewage, discharge the sewage, refill with clean water, and continue to use.
