The JNC series Angle Punching, Marking, and Shearing Machine is a fully integrated processing solution for punching, marking, and cutting angle profile bars, operated through CNC and PC programming. This machine is primarily made up of a transverse conveyor, a rotating loading system, an infeed conveyor, a CNC infeed carriage, a punching unit, a marking unit, a cutting unit, an unloading conveyor, along with hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems, as well as other key components.

1. The machine is a unified system that integrates mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.

2. Each of the two sides of the angle steel is fitted with a drilling power head. Each power head is equipped with a tool magazine capable of holding up to four tools, with the tool magazine being optional. All holes on both sides of the angle steel can be processed in a single operation.

3. The drilling spindle features a high-precision BT40 spindle.

4. The drilling spindle is capable of accommodating both twist drills and carbide drills, providing a wide range of application possibilities.

5. The quasi-distance can be freely set, with no restrictions on the number of punching rows.

6. The marking unit features a closed-bed design, ensuring superior rigidity. The upper marking box supports four selectable programming groups, and the marking distance is fully adjustable.

7. The control system consists of a host computer, servo motor, PLC, external detection sensors, and other critical components.

8. The CNC feeding carriage is driven by a servo motor, guaranteeing high positioning accuracy.

9. Multiple input options are available, including keyboard and mouse input, USB interface, and network interface. Data can be directly generated from 3D or 2D software.

10. The main electrical control components, along with the hydraulic and pneumatic systems, are sourced from high-quality imported components.

11. The system is equipped with G-code software that can directly convert CAD drawings into machine-readable instructions.
