Product Introduction:

 

This CNC gantry-type drilling machine is specifically developed for precision machining of tube sheets, flanges, bearing components, heat exchangers, and other industrial parts widely used in petrochemical, nuclear energy, wind power, boiler manufacturing, steel structures, and related industries. The machine supports high-speed drilling with carbide tools using internal coolant supply, as well as high-speed twist drilling with external coolant application. It integrates multiple machining capabilities, including drilling, chamfering, tapping, milling, and boring. In addition, an optional automatic right-angle milling head can be installed to perform side drilling, tapping, and milling operations, further expanding the machine’s processing versatility.

Product Feature:

 

1. The flange drilling machine consists of a heavy-duty machine bed, longitudinal slide assembly, gantry structure, transverse slide unit, vertical feed mechanism, drilling and milling power head, worktable, coolant circulation system, automatic chip removal system, centralized lubrication system, pneumatic system, electrical control system, and other auxiliary components, forming a complete and efficient CNC machining platform.

 

2. The CNC plate drilling machine is equipped with a servo-driven sliding power head capable of performing multiple machining operations, including drilling, reaming, tapping, chamfering, and groove milling. These processes can be executed independently or simultaneously according to production requirements. The spindle adopts a Taiwan-manufactured precision BT50 spindle with internal coolant supply and a disc-spring automatic tool clamping mechanism. Through the combination of connecting rods and hydraulic tool release cylinders, drill bits and milling cutters can be replaced quickly and conveniently, significantly reducing tool change time and improving machining efficiency.

 

 

3. The high-speed CNC drilling machine adopts precision linear guideways throughout the machine structure, ensuring smooth movement, excellent rigidity, and high positioning accuracy. The feed system is driven by AC servo motors through synchronous belt transmission and precision ball screw mechanisms, providing superior machining precision, repeatability, and stable long-term operation.

 

4. The machine bed and gantry frame are manufactured from high-quality cast iron or heavy-duty welded steel plate structures. Before machining, all major structural components undergo high-temperature stress-relief annealing. Additional stress-relief treatment is performed after semi-finishing, followed by precision machining to achieve excellent structural stability, dimensional accuracy, and consistent machining performance throughout the machine’s service life.

 

 

5. The plate drilling machine is equipped with multiple horizontal T-slots on the worktable, providing convenient installation of fixtures and workpieces. An optional four-jaw self-centering chuck clamping system is available, significantly improving loading efficiency and production productivity, especially for large-volume batch machining applications.

 

6. The machine supports various high-performance CNC systems, including CNC systems from Germany, FAGOR CNC systems from Spain, and KND CNC systems from China. Machining coordinates can be directly converted between CAD and CAM systems, greatly simplifying programming, data storage, graphic display, and communication processes. The intelligent control interface integrates functions such as error compensation, automatic alarm notification, and user-friendly human-machine interaction. Workpiece hole positions can be entered through keyboard input, USB transfer, network communication, or CAD drawings, with automatic generation of machining programs. Pre-machining simulation, drilling preview, and inspection functions further improve operational efficiency and production reliability.

 

 

7. The machine is equipped with a photoelectric edge finder for rapid and accurate workpiece positioning. Optional automatic tool management systems, including 24-position disc-type tool magazines or linear tool magazines, are available to reduce tool change time and improve machining efficiency.


8. The equipment incorporates an automatic chip conveyor and centralized automatic lubrication system to ensure stable operation and convenient maintenance. The cooling system includes both a high-pressure internal coolant pump and a low-pressure external coolant pump, allowing flexible selection of internal cooling, external cooling, or combined cooling modes according to different machining requirements.

 

The CNC gantry plate cutting machine is a high-performance industrial solution, carefully designed for the precise machining of plate-like components and structural elements. This equipment is tailored to process workpieces such as flanges, discs, rings, and flat plates, with the critical condition that the thickness of these components falls within the machine's specified effective machining capacity.

 

 

In steel structure fabrication workshops, this plate drilling machine performs precise drilling and milling operations on structural plates and connecting components, providing a strong foundation for the stable assembly of steel frameworks. Within the wind power sector, it offers high-precision machining for wind turbine towers and flanges—critical operations that ensure these components can endure extreme environmental conditions (e.g., high winds, temperature variations).
