Product Feature:
1. The machine is primarily composed of the machine bed and longitudinal sliding table, gantry frame and transverse sliding table, vertical sliding ram drilling power head, worktable, electrical control system, hydraulic system, cooling system, chip removal system, centralized lubrication system, and other related components.
2. The machine is designed with a movable gantry structure and a fixed worktable, effectively reducing floor space requirements.
3. The machine bed and worktable are constructed as separate units, enhancing the overall stability of the equipment and effectively minimizing vibration generated during high-speed drilling operations.
4. The longitudinal and transverse movements of the machine are supported by precision roller linear guideways, significantly enhancing the rigidity and stability of the equipment.
5. The spindle motor is driven by a dedicated servo motor through a synchronous belt transmission system, providing stepless speed control and strong low-speed torque. It is capable of handling heavy cutting loads and is well suited for high-speed machining applications using carbide cutting tools.
6. The drilling spindle is equipped with a Taiwan-made precision spindle featuring an internal cooling system. The spindle adopts a BT40 taper interface and is fitted with a butterfly spring automatic tool clamping mechanism. Drills or milling cutters are installed through the drawbar system, while tool release is performed hydraulically, ensuring fast and convenient tool replacement.
