JNC series high speed cnc angle punching, marking and cutting production line is mainly composed of punching unit, marking unit, cutting unit, transverse conveyor, rotating conveyor, feeding conveyor, unloading conveyor, CNC feeding carriage, hydraulic system, electrical system, pneumatic system and so on. This production line is mainly used for the automatic processing of angle steel in tower industry. The processing process is numerically-controlled and the operation is very convenient. It can realize the automatic, high-precision, multi-varieties and mass production.

1. The CNC Angle Steel Punching Machine is available with either two or three punching stations, each capable of accommodating punches of different diameters. The punching units are CNC-controlled, allowing automatic adjustment of hole spacing. The machine is capable of producing both round and slotted holes with high precision. Its rapid feeding and punching capabilities significantly enhance production efficiency. For angle steel measuring 50×50×4 mm, the machine can achieve an output capacity of approximately 9–10 tons per eight-hour shift.

2. The marking unit adopts a fully enclosed frame structure with excellent rigidity and stability. It is equipped with four character cassette groups that can be automatically selected through program control, while marking positions can be freely configured according to production requirements. An optional rotary disc marking system is also available. The disc marker features 10 character rows and automatically selects characters without manual intervention, substantially improving marking speed and operational efficiency.

3. The shearing unit utilizes a single-blade cutting design capable of generating high cutting force. This system performs waste-free cutting while producing clean, smooth, and high-quality cut surfaces. The blade housing incorporates an open-access design, allowing fast, convenient, and safe blade replacement.

4. The horizontal material handling table transfers angle steel sections to the rotary loading rack, which is driven by a motor and reduction gearbox. This mechanism ensures stable positioning of the material before it is transferred onto the feeding conveyor system.

5. Material positioning and feeding are performed by a CNC-controlled feeding carriage, ensuring exceptional positioning accuracy. The carriage is driven by a servo motor and utilizes photoelectric encoder feedback with closed-loop control technology, providing precise and reliable material advancement.

6. The hydraulic system supplies power for punching, marking, and shearing operations. A high-performance hydraulic power station equipped with an accumulator is employed to ensure rapid response and stable operation. Hydraulic pipelines utilize ferrule-type fittings that provide leak-free connections while facilitating convenient maintenance and replacement. The primary hydraulic valve assemblies are sourced from Atos, ensuring reliable and efficient hydraulic performance.

7. The hydraulic cooling system offers multiple cooling options, including water cooling, air cooling, and oil chillers. Customers may select the most suitable cooling configuration based on their operating environment and production requirements.

8. The control system consists of an industrial computer, PLC controller, servo drive system, external sensing devices, and related control components. Operators simply enter the required machining parameters, and the system automatically generates the corresponding processing program. The machine can also import DXF, NC, and other file formats generated by CAD/CAM nesting software. The human-machine interface provides intuitive operation and supports functions such as graphical workpiece display, large-capacity data storage, position monitoring, fault diagnostics, and alarm notifications.
