The JSSCD-100NC High Speed Intelligent Circular Saw is a precision cutting solution designed specifically for the hardware processing industry. The push-type servo-driven feed system with precision ball screw ensures smooth, consistent cutting action, while the integrated automatic loading system and front discharge conveyor create a seamless production workflow from raw material to finished part.
The machine features a complete automation package including PLC control with touch screen interface, MQL mist cooling for clean operation, automatic chip removal, and optional oil mist collector for a safe working environment. With cutting length tolerance of ≤ ±0.20 mm and squareness of ≤ ±0.25 mm / 100 mm, the JSSCD-100NC meets the quality standards of the hardware manufacturing industry.
