The hourly wage in the manufacturing sector had reached $12.5 in 2023, a 48% increase from 2015. Sakoside intelligent band saw machines are equipped with an independently developed PLC control system, enabling full-process closed-loop operations including automatic feeding, precision cutting and waste collection. This completely transforms the traditional labor-dependent operation mode, allowing a single worker to monitor 3 to 4 machines simultaneously. A single machine can save more than 24,000 Brazilian Reals in labor costs annually, while reducing human operation errors by 80%.
Sakoside band saw machines adopt an integrated high-strength cast bed and a self-developed high-precision gearbox, with cutting accuracy stably maintained within ±0.1 mm. The saw blade linear speed supports stepless speed regulation from 20 to 100 m/min, and its efficiency is 8 to 10 times that of traditional equipment. The product performance fully complies with the processing standards of Brazil’s automotive and aerospace parts industries, alleviating the shortcomings of local parts processing.
In response to Brazil’s high temperature and high humidity climate, Sakoside band saw machines have optimized the temperature control of the hydraulic system and the sealing design of the machine body, and are equipped with an independent cooling module, enabling stable operation in an environment of ≤60℃ and reducing the equipment failure rate by more than 60%. At the same time, a built-in voltage stabilization and adaptation module effectively copes with power supply fluctuations.
