The JSSCD-170NC High-Speed Intelligent Circular Saw Machine is an automated CNC metal cutting solution designed for efficient and precise cutting of round bars and square materials.
The machine adopts a horizontal push-type feeding structure, driven by a servo motor and precision ball screw. This configuration provides stable blade feeding, precise feed control, and reliable cutting performance. The feeding speed can be continuously adjusted according to the material type and workpiece dimensions, making the machine suitable for different production conditions.
The JSSCD-170NC integrates automatic loading, servo feeding, hydraulic clamping, high-speed circular sawing, automatic material separation, mist lubrication, automatic chip removal, automatic lubrication, and CNC control. From automatic material feeding to cutting and separation of finished products, head material, and tail material, the main production process can be completed automatically, reducing manual intervention and improving production efficiency.
Servo + ball screw system ensures smooth, stable cutting with adjustable feed speed and overload protection.
AC servo feeding with 10–750 mm stroke, 5–20 m/min speed, and ±0.05 mm accuracy.
Cuts round bars Ø50–Ø170 mm and square materials 50–135 mm.
HT250 cast iron bed with heat treatment for high stability and low deformation.
Precision gearbox + balanced spindle with damping system for low vibration cutting.
Horizontal hydraulic clamping with adjustable pressure for stable workpiece holding.
Auto feeding from material rack for continuous batch production.
Separates finished parts, head, and tail material automatically.
Adjustable oil mist system reduces heat, improves blade life, and saves oil.
